Ingredients description

2 bananas

1/4 cup raw walnuts (soaked and rinsed)

1 cup almond milk (see almond milk recipe)

1 tsp. vanilla 

1 cup ice (optional if you want it colder)

1 pinch stevia extract (optional if you want it sweeter)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. For best results, drink within one hour.
