    Here is another tip if you prefer your cookies fresh: Form small balls with the dough and freeze the dough balls. Then when you are ready for freshly baked cookies, all you need to do is take them out of the freezer, preheat the oven, and Vwalaah!!! you have instant freshly baked cookies. Note: you may need to add a couple of extra minutes to the baking time if the dough is frozen. Enjoy!

    Once the cookies are baked you can leave them at room temperature in an airtight container for a couple of days. If you want to store them longer than 3 days I recommend freezing them in an airtight container for future use. If you put a small strip of waxed paper between the cookies they won't stick together in the freezer.

    Do we need to keep this is refrigerator...and for how long we can keep it out of refrigerator.
