    For the newbies out there, I would recommend watching the 2 probiotics classes. You will learn everything you need to know about culturing your own food successfully. Once you learn the basic rules of fermentation, the rest is pretty easy. Let me know if you have any questions after you watch the class.     Hi Janae looks really good! Do you jar the food at room temp for 4-5days first, I'm a newbie :)
